Suri completed her pre-requisite work at Touro College and then earned her Bachelor of Science and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College School of Health Sciences (NYC) in 2017. Suri’s clinical experience includes working with the adult orthopedic and neurological population, as well as pediatrics/adolescents with neurological diagnoses. She enjoys the process of figuring out the root of the problem and how to optimize function. Suri is always up for a good challenge, and loves to learn new things. She has taken numerous courses to further her skills, including orthopedic manual courses through NAIOMT. Additionally, Suri is currently pursuing her certification as a Multiple Sclerosis Certified Specialist.
Mark received his BA in liberal arts with a concentration in psychology from the Touro College School of Liberal Arts and Sciences in 1997. He then went on to the Touro College School of Health Sciences and graduated with a BS in Health Sciences and MS in Physical Therapy in 2001. After working in the intensive care units at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, he went into private practice. Since 2002, he has owned and managed Rehabilitation Associates which has become a center of excellence and is the facility of choice for many leading physicians. Mark is also a clinical instructor for a number of local physical therapy schools.
In 2014, Aurus decided to become a Physical Therapist. Since then, he has studied and trained in the variety of techniques he can employ to make his patients feel better. He is dedicated to finding the key to each person’s physical improvement.
Aurus received his A.A.S. degree in Physical Therapy from Kingsborough Community College in 2017. His last clinical rotation as a student was at the Midwood office of Rehab Associates of Brooklyn. After graduation, he worked as a PT on Long Island. In September 2018, he returned to Rehab Associates/Midwood. He currently splits his time between Midwood and the new Crown Heights office.

Aurus has also completed extensive research and study of gait, hips and feet. He is also a podcaster on iTunes and angel investor in various startup companies. He has completed prerequisite coursework at both Kingsborough CC and Brooklyn College for the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at SUNY Downstate.
Rena graduated as Salutatorian in Touro College School of Health Sciences where she received her Bachelors of Health Science and continued on to earn her Masters of Science- Occupational Therapy. Rena is a member of Alpha Pi, Occupational Therapy honors society and specialized in hand therapy in the graduate program. Since graduating, Rena has worked in various therapeutic settings including In-home occupational therapy for homebound patients, where she utilized manual therapy techniques for patients with neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. Rena also has experience working in a nursing home where she treated patients with degenerative diseases, joint replacements, musculoskeletal disorders and various neurological diagnosis. In addition to treating adults, Rena has experience working within the field of pediatrics, including treating infants with torticollis and providing school based OT services. Rena enjoys utilizing clinical reasoning with client-centered interventions to enable maximized functioning in patients.
