Born in Johannesburg, South Africa, Trevor studied Physical Therapy at the University of Witwatersrand. Moving to New York in 1995, Trevor began his career at Maimonides Medical Center as a staff Physical Therapist. In 1998 he transitioned into private practice treating the Boro Park and Dyker Heights communities and has seen his practice grow into a full service Rehabilitation facility which now includes Occupational Therapy among other specialties. Trevor oversees the clinical operation of BP Rehabilitation Associates in Boro Park where his team of Physical and Occupational Therapists are known for their integrity and high quality of care.
Shalva Goldbaum OTR/L, a Long Island University graduate is the hand therapist at BP Rehab Associates. Shalva has worked at several outpatient facilities in the Brooklyn area and has gained a reputation for her skill as well as her compassion for her patients. Shalva treats a variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses while collaborating with Hand Surgeons and Orthopedists regarding pre and post op treatment. Shalva excels at treating both the adult and pediatric population.
Moshe received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Touro College and then went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Touro College School of Health Sciences. His interest in orthopedics and rehabilitation more generally stems from his background growing up playing sports. Additionally, Moshe enjoys utilizing his ability to encourage patients to push beyond what they think is possible and focus on what is critically important to their health, well-being and improvement. Moshe’s experience includes treating patients with a wide array of conditions, including orthopedic conditions, musculoskeletal disorders, joint replacements, back injuries, arthritic conditions, strokes and neurological conditions. Moshe splits his time between two of our facilities, treating patients in our Midwood and Boro Park locations.
Yehudis graduated in 1991 from Touro College and was immediately hired by NYU/Rusk Institute. She worked there for 5 years rotating through all the departments-cardiac, pulmonary, vestibular, pediatric, acute care and adult outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation. Yehudis was concurrently appointed Assistant Supervisor of Adult Inpatient at the Rusk Institute. Yehudis has worked in outpatient clinics, both in Brooklyn and Israel. She also has extensive experience in Pediatrics; she has plied her craft in special education schools in Israel and NY as well as in regular
education elementary schools. Equal to her impressive credentials is her passion and commitment to her patients. Yehudis treats Physical Therapy as far more than just a job; she views it as her calling and as an opportunity to help people regain their full and productive lives.
Shenella Honeyghan received her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Kingsborough Community College in 2018, and has since been mainly practicing in orthopedics, treating a variety of musculoskeletal disorders and neuromuscular re-education. At this time she mainly treats management of osteoarthritis , neck and back pain treatment and a variety of neuromuscular re-education such as Parkinson’s disease using an array of techniques. She continues to take educational courses and researches specifically LSVT Big rehab to further her career in neuromuscular rehabilitation.
